Tracking Information
All orders are dispatched with tracking for clear, reliable updates. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details. You can also follow your shipment using our Track Your Order page.
Order Cancellations
To cancel an order, contact us promptly at info@elvieramode.com. Cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet entered the processing stage. If you no longer want to keep the item after delivery, you can request a return by following the return steps and requirements mentioned in the Return and Refund Policy.
Possible Delays
While we make every effort to deliver within the stated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to: peak shopping seasons or public holidays, severe weather or natural disruptions, unexpected courier or customs delays or high order volumes
If your parcel has not arrived within 5–9 business days, please allow up to 3 additional business days. If it still hasn’t arrived after that, contact our support team at info@elvieramode.com, and we will investigate promptly.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us right away at info@elvieramode.com and include:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos of the item and its packaging
After review, we will arrange either a replacement sent at no extra cost, OR a full refund to your original payment method.
We aim to resolve these cases as quickly as possible and ensure you’re taken care of.
