    -The item must be unused and unwashed
    -Remain in its original packaging
    -All tags must be attached
  3. Next Steps: After review, you will receive instructions for returning the original item and obtaining the replacement.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us right away at info@elvieramode.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos of the item and its packaging

After review, we will arrange either a replacement sent at no extra cost, OR full refund to your original payment method.
