No, Elviera Mode offers free shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom

Check the status of your order anytime by entering your tracking information on our Track Your Order page.
What should I do if I receive an item damaged, defective, or incorrect?
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us right away at info@elvieramode.com and include:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos of the item and its packaging
After review, we will arrange either a replacement sent at no extra cost, OR a full refund to your original payment method.
How to Return an Item?
- Contact info@elvieramode.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- Wait for approval before sending the item back.
- Follow the provided instructions for packaging and the return address.
- Ensure the item is packaged securely to prevent damage during shipping.
What should I do if my delivery is late?
While we make every effort to deliver within the stated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to: peak shopping seasons or public holidays, severe weather or natural disruptions, unexpected courier or customs delays or high order volumes.
If your parcel has not arrived within 5–9 business days, please allow up to 3 additional business days. If it still hasn’t arrived after that, contact our support team at info@elvieramode.com, and we will investigate promptly.
